I finally found my place!! I have tried many salons in the area and have been disappointed by some of the most “well known” salons . No one listened EXCEPT for Village Salon and Spa. Customer service was great. I was welcomed with a big smile 😊 and wave 👋. Checked in without an issue. I was offered first time customer discount plus future discounts. My stylist was Karen and she was fantastic. She sat down and asked me what I wanted and discussed my hair. I showed her a picture and asked if this was doable. She listened AND heard me. Not only did she give me what I wanted but also showed me how to recreate the look at home. Explained products (without a hard sell) used and why. I felt taken care of and treated respectfully. This Salon was amazing. Wife had a busy day at work…. Dad and daughter salon day it is. From start to finish a great experience. Kimora Was our stylist, She sent a courtesy text informing us she was running 15 minutes behind. She took her time and did an amazing job on my daughter’s hair. Spent a good amount over the allotted time for my daughter’s appointment. Even when she was running behind she chose to go the extra mile. Kim made this appointment a core memory for this Dad. And My daughter has been skipping for the last 4 hrs. We found our stylist and look forward to seeing her again in 3 months.

She has such a warm, personable energy that makes every appointment feel like catching up with a friend. The minute I walked into this salon, I was greeted with a great big smile from the receptionist to the clients. Very friendly place. The music was playing softly and relaxing. Layla, who did my hair came out to get me, said hello, and made me feel welcomed. I sat down on the chair, and very patiently, she heard what I wanted. I needed my hair colored, which was exceptionally done beautiful. She took time mixing colors, to get exactly what I wanted, and shaped my hair with the cut, that requires not too much maintenance in my part. She also recommended products to use which I purchased and will definitely use. Layla is an exceptional stylist who I would recommend to anyone who is looking for one. She is patient, friendly, and very knowledgable in her field. I am very pleased with my hair and will return once again. Thank You for your service. I love how my hair came out.
