Meet Gina

Gina DiNubile has always been drawn to the world of beauty. She loves everything about it, the hair, the makeup, the fashion, all of it! She has long been fascinated by the confidence and transformation the beauty industry inspires. Her journey began at just 14 years old when she landed her first job as a salon assistant. It was there that Gina fell in love with the energy of the salon environment and the magic that happens when people leave feeling like the best version of themselves.

Long before that first job, Gina was already exploring her creative side. In middle school, you could often find her backstage doing hair and makeup for drama club productions, an early glimpse into the artistry and passion that would later shape her career.

Gina officially began her professional journey in the beauty industry in 2004, gaining experience in guest services, makeup artistry, salon operations, and management. In 2014, she joined the Village Salon & Spa team as a Front Desk Service Expert, where her natural leadership abilities and passion for creating exceptional guest experiences quickly propelled her into management.
