Meet Kimora

A Millsboro, Delaware native, Kimora began her professional journey in the beauty industry in 2019 while attending the cosmetology program at Sussex Technical High School. Even before pursuing her formal training, Kimora discovered her passion for helping others feel confident and beautiful. While volunteering as a “big sister” at the Boys & Girls Club of Delaware, she often styled hair for the kids, realizing early on the positive impact beauty services can have on how someone feels about themselves.

Kimora joined the Village Salon & Spa team in July of 2023 and quickly became known for her creativity and enthusiasm behind the chair. She loves the opportunity to create big transformations and enjoys the artistic process of bringing a guest’s vision to life.

Kimora specializes in long layered haircuts and dimensional blonding, creating movement and soft, natural-looking color that enhances each guest’s individual style.

Her favorite products include Redken Quick Blowout for smooth, polished styling and Dermalogica Active Moist to keep skin hydrated and balanced. Kimora also loves recommending regular quarterly haircuts to help clients maintain healthy, beautiful long hair.

Her favorite services include brow lamination and tint, as well as the Leaf + Flower CBD Molecular Mender Treatment, a restorative treatment that helps strengthen and repair the hair.

Outside of the salon, Kimora enjoys sunrise walks on the beach, spending time with friends, and staying active in her church community. She has a creative spirit and loves painting landscapes and floral scenes. When she’s not creating behind the chair, you might find her enjoying a little retail therapy or dancing the night away.
